Co-Founder/CEO
Over the course of 39 years, Paul Choules has experienced every aspect of the water industry including industrial, military, oil and gas, and mining municipal sectors. Paul's extensive experience working around the world in the Middle East, South America, and the United States make him exceedingly talented in finding innovative solutions to challenges in the water industry.
ELIZABETH RAY
Co-Founder/COO
Elizabeth has over 40 years in the legal field and over 7 in the water sector. She has previously been the CAO and GC of a global water company and the President of a Texas-based water company. She is the co-founder of Water Cycle and the spouse of Paul Choules.
JON DIETRICH
Technical Advisor
Jonathan Dietrich is the President of Dietrich Consulting Group. Based in the United States, Mr. Dietrich has been involved with the water and utility industry for over three decades ranging from original equipment manufacturing to global design EPC firms. Jon has international experience from concept and detailed design through permitting, construction, and commissioning of water facilities and treatment systems and equipment.

CHIP HARRIS
Techinal Supervisor
Chip Harris has been active in the water treatment field since the mid-1970s. His experience includes service, commissioning, training, and construction supervision and management of membrane facilities for potable, industrial and waste treatment, mechanical and electrical (I&C) systems. After nearly 6 years as the Chief Technical Officer of Aqualyng Holding AS, he has returned to the USA. Chip is a member of several organizations including the International Desalination Association (IDA), American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA) and Southeastern Desalting Association (SEDA). He has published numerous papers on desalination in general and energy recovery in particular.
SCOTT O'CONNOR
Technical Supervisor
Scott has over 40 years of global experience in membrane-based brackish and seawater desalination systems.
Scott’s early experience began with Aqua Media where he managed key accounts including Intel and AMD, among others. Later, joining Fluid Systems, he was based in the UK and provided technical field services for major clients.
Scott entered the seawater desalination sector working for Aqua spending several years based in the Caribbean managing a regional portfolio of water sales accounts. Later Scott joined MECO and entered the middle east desalination sector. After several years he joined Fluid Systems (KOCH) and was based in Abu Dhabi. After 9/11, Scott returned to the Caribbean. He was with NanoH2O (now LG) based in Dubai and managing technical field services for several years before joining the Water Cycle team.
